So many questions! So many ideas to consider, so many things to experience, so many people to talk to! It's all so interesting, and yet, what is the point? How does it all go together? You have no idea, not really. You can quote any number of books, but their answers are all so different. How can you choose among them? And do you really want to, do you want to restrict yourself to one point of view? But then, without a central orientation, how do you make navigate through life? How do you make decisions, particularly for the long-term? You end up bouncing through life, with no clear direction, no focus.North Node in the Ninth House
It gradually dawns on you that you're looking in the wrong place - the answer is not on the outside, but rather on the inside. There is a part of you that knows, that takes all that information and experience and puts it together. You just have to pay attention to it, to your own knowing. Knowing is not the same as being absolutely sure. Knowing is simply honoring your point of view, your way of making sense of life. Further, this knowing is centered in an ideal, a vision of how things should be. Your life now has a direction, your actions a greater purpose. And the more you are centered in your own knowing, the more you feel an urge to join with others that share your point of view. Being part of such a group can support your own self-discovery as well as provide a forum for you to help others to do the same. Further, your now meaningful life finds culmination as together you manifest a shared ideal.Nodes Prev Next
